Cases Four
Application of GeminiSeal? 04 sealing cap on drone fasteners
Rain, snow, ice, fog, high and low temperature, humidity, waterproof, anti-corrosion
Problems Encountered:
In a drone delivery project, the exposed parts of the screws in the antenna pods on both sides of the fuselage face severe working conditions such as rain, snow, ice, fog, high and low temperatures, and humidity. Traditional manual gluing processes have issues such as uneven sealing and appearance defects, making it difficult to meet high military standards.
Solution:
After on-site research conducted by our sales and technical teams, we introduced a self-developed new sealing cap product to replace the traditional manual application process using vulcanized rubber. This solution achieves a visually appealing, uniform, and consistent quality sealing effect through the sealing cap. Simultaneously, we proactively recommended pneumatic rubber injection gun technology information to our customers, optimizing their operational efficiency and precision.
Customer Benefits:
After implementation, there was a significant improvement in both the form and quality of customer packaging. This solution simplified the training process, enabling new technical personnel to achieve the level of experienced craftsmanship after a short period of training, effectively enhancing production efficiency and product aesthetics. At the same time, this solution enhanced the durability and reliability of drones in harsh environments, fully meeting the stringent standards of equipment. It has been highly recognized by customers and demonstrates our company's technological advantages in the field of aviation waterproof and corrosion prevention.
